Don't sell... lead.

“I’m not a salesperson…” We hear this all the time from coaches, speakers, authors, and entrepreneurs. And honestly? Good. Because people don’t need more pushy salespeople. They need leaders. They need someone willing to: • guide them • challenge their limiting beliefs • ask better questions • help them see what’s possible • hold space for the transformation they say they want The conversation around “objections” completely changes when you stop treating it like convincing… and start treating it like coaching. That moment someone hesitates? That’s not always rejection. Sometimes it’s fear. Sometimes it’s self-doubt. Sometimes it’s someone needing leadership. And that’s where your real skill set comes in.
